Our Golden Retrievers
Without these wonderful dogs we wouldn’t have our program. We are thankful each and every day for our dogs. They are the backbone of our program and provide so much love and enjoyment in our lives.
The Ladies!
River
River is an amazing and sweet doggo. She wants to be out and about, learn new things, sniff and explore but as soon as you settle down she’s happy to be right there with you. Usually in your lap. She’s got a wonderful clear head that is a dream to work with and could easily go in any direction we want. River is our lady that naturally excels in retrievals and detection, or just mozying out with us with the horses. She always stays within eye-site and immediately recalls regardless of what she’s doing. She has pups excelling in service dog training and therapy training currently .

Maddi
Maddi is an absolute love of a golden. She has shown a medium drive to retrieve and is happy to play with her toys but she LOVES to snuggle. She just settles in a calmly and happily hugs you back. She has great trainability and energy to want to be out and play but the best part is she has a fantastic off switch that is happy to snuggle. Snuggling is her main goal in life! If puppy eyes were in the dictionary her picture would be listed! Maddi is our “speed demon” if there is a need for speed she’s the one we pick. She loves to run and play. She works for treats and toys especially if she can retrieve. She has pups crushing service dog work and getting accolades from trainers for their ease of trainability.

Our Gents!
Ranger
Ranger is always so happy just to be with his humans. You can not have a bad day when he’s around. He naturally walks in a heel position and is happy to go anywhere. If you bring out toys to retrieve he kicks in the afterburners to get them and brings them right back. He works for love and affection as well as toys, though his want to work for treats has diminished as he’s gotten older. He loves his toys. He never ceases to make us smile with his goofy antics as he returns to us. He handles every challenge with a bold confidence that he passes on to his pups, but his expressive face lets us know exactly how he’s working through things. You can’t help but be happy when he’s with ya.
He comes from an amazing proven line of working dogs and we are incredibly pleased with the traits he passes on to his pups. He passes on his stoutness and biddable nature and compliments our ladies really well.
